Since 1995, Amy Vitale of ALV Lighting Solutions has been working with clients to develop lighting plans and lighting control systems for residential projects, ranging from small kitchen renovations to complete designs for 15,000 sq. ft. or larger houses. The focus is to develop innovative and practical lighting solutions tailored to the client’s specific needs and to help clients understand today’s energy efficient lighting options. Clients include owners, architects, interior designers and general contractors.
Amy Vitale has over 30 years of experience as a lighting consultant designing lighting solutions for interior and exterior spaces. She received her degree in Architectural Engineering in 1986 from the University of Colorado where she specialized in lighting design. She joined Horton Lees Lighting Design in New York City where her primary focus was developing lighting systems for large commercial office projects. In 1992, she joined Novasel Lighting Design in Westport, CT where her focus was residential lighting design.
